Position Summary
Our organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence in the field of human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the development and implementation of HR strategies
Coordinating recruitment, selection, and placement processes
Designing employee performance management and development programs
Managing personnel administration, payroll, and legal compliance
Enhancing organizational culture and employee satisfaction
Conducting training, career planning, and talent development programs
Tracking HR metrics and preparing reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role
Proficiency in HR management systems and software
In-depth knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and HR regulations
Strategic business thinking capability
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
